JUDGE MICHAEL BURTON, THE PRESIDING JUDGE OF ST. LOUIS COUNTY COURT, STATE OF MISSOURI PROTECTS CASH FOR KIDS LLC IN HIS SECRET MEETING AND COMMUNICATIONS WITH GUARDIAN AD LITEM SARAH PLEBAN  When Evita Tolu filed her lawsuit against Elaine Pudlowski who released Tolu's private medical information in violation of Missouri Supreme Court Guardian ad Litem Standards, Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct and Four Court Orders in Tolu's Custody Case, Judge Michael Burton took it upon himself to destroy Evita Tolu's lawsuit to protect Elaine Pudlowski.  He sent an email addressed to Sarah Pleban informing her that he is organizing a meeting to deal with Tolu's lawsuit which he called "garbage." Judge Michael Burton did not investigate Elaine Pudlowski and her violations of the numerous laws of the State of Missouri including the Canons of Judicial Conduct which prohibit him being biased.  Evita Tolu never met Judge Burton and he did not preside over her custody
